Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDRT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,115 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDRT8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cardiocyte differentiation, Appendage development, and Cardiac muscle cell differentiation. Each is linked with CDRT8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDRT8-to-partner and partner-to-CDRT8 results are reported.
