Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDRT8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDRT8 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher CDRT8 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDRT8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and PAAD show a favorable association.
KIRP, UVM, and SKCM are the cancer types where CDRT8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
