CDRT15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDRT15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,621 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDRT15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via homologous recombination, and Obsolete regulation of histone modification. Each is linked with CDRT15 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDRT15-to-partner and partner-to-CDRT15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDRT15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDRT15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
