Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDRT15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDRT15 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CDRT15 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDRT15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and GBM show a favorable association.
KIRC, CHOL, and ACC are the cancer types where CDRT15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
