Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDRT15 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 7 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of CDRT15’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where CDRT15 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types CDRT15 is over-expressed in tumor.

STAD, CHOL, and LUSC are the cancer types where CDRT15 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
