Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDRT15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 687 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDRT15-associated genes across cancer lineages are URGCP-MRPS24, HSPE1-MOB4, and CCL3. Each is linked with CDRT15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDRT15-to-partner and partner-to-CDRT15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDRT15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDRT15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
