CDO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,393 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPB6, ZCCHC24, and VCL. Each is linked with CDO1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDO1-to-partner and partner-to-CDO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDO1 versus HSPB6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
