CDO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,427 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, CAV2, and CDKN1A. Each is linked with CDO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDO1-to-partner and partner-to-CDO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDO1 versus LGALS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
