CDKN2D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,541 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN2D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC23IP, SNX5, and SPC24. Each is linked with CDKN2D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2D-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDKN2D versus SEC23IP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
