CDKN2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6129, MIR7702, and USP9YP10. Each is linked with CDKN2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN2B-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6129 grouped by CDKN2B-low versus CDKN2B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
