CDKN1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDKN1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 197 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDKN1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXADR, GATAD1, and UBR1. Each is linked with CDKN1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDKN1C-to-partner and partner-to-CDKN1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXADR grouped by CDKN1C-low versus CDKN1C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDKN1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDKN1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
