Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK5R2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 248 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK5R2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-805P, GYG2P1, and RNA5SP210. Each is linked with CDK5R2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK5R2-to-partner and partner-to-CDK5R2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-805P grouped by CDK5R2-low versus CDK5R2-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK5R2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK5R2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
