Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 895 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL5P31, MTDHP5, and RNA5SP248. Each is linked with CDK5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK5-to-partner and partner-to-CDK5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P31 grouped by CDK5-low versus CDK5-high in LUAD.
