Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK2AP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,284 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK2AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMPS, PCDH19, and NT5DC2. Each is linked with CDK2AP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK2AP1-to-partner and partner-to-CDK2AP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDK2AP1 versus GMPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK2AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK2AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
