CDK2AP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK2AP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDK2AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-170P, TAS2R7, and MIR7845. Each is linked with CDK2AP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK2AP1-to-partner and partner-to-CDK2AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-170P grouped by CDK2AP1-low versus CDK2AP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDK2AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDK2AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
