Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDK2AP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDK2AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin and YB-1. Each is linked with CDK2AP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDK2AP1-to-partner and partner-to-CDK2AP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tuberin grouped by CDK2AP1-low versus CDK2AP1-high in UCEC.
