Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDHR3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,101 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDHR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS13B, PHF14, and SLC4A3. Each is linked with CDHR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDHR3-to-partner and partner-to-CDHR3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VPS13B grouped by CDHR3-low versus CDHR3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDHR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDHR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
