CDH23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,095 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SGCD, KANK2, and LRP1. Each is linked with CDH23 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH23-to-partner and partner-to-CDH23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDH23 versus SGCD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH23→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
