CDH17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH17-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPD4, SCN10A, and C6orf118. Each is linked with CDH17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH17-to-partner and partner-to-CDH17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYPD4 grouped by CDH17-low versus CDH17-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
