CDH16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDH16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH16-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, NF-kB-p65_pS536, and PDCD4. Each is linked with CDH16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH16-to-partner and partner-to-CDH16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by CDH16-low versus CDH16-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
