CDH16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDH16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,052 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDH16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Galactose catabolic process, Positive regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, and Response to immobilization stress. Each is linked with CDH16 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDH16-to-partner and partner-to-CDH16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Galactose catabolic process grouped by CDH16-low versus CDH16-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDH16→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDH16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
