CDCP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,098 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR9LP, SH3BP5-AS1, and PTCH2. Each is linked with CDCP2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCP2-to-partner and partner-to-CDCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDCP2 versus MTMR9LP in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
