Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,305 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDCA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7, CTCF, and GLE1. Each is linked with CDCA7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA7-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDCA7 versus C7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
