CDCA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,082 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7159, SNX18P8, and DSN1. Each is linked with CDCA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA7-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7159 grouped by CDCA7-low versus CDCA7-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
