CDCA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCA7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rab25, Smad4, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with CDCA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA7-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab25 grouped by CDCA7-low versus CDCA7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
