Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDCA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,782 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCA7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Cell cycle DNA replication initiation, and Nuclear cell cycle DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with CDCA7 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA7-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA7 results are reported.
