Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCA4P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,257 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDCA4P4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, CHAMP1, and RBBP5. Each is linked with CDCA4P4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA4P4-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA4P4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDCA4P4 versus PARP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCA4P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCA4P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
