Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CDCA4P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CDCA4P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher CDCA4P4 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CDCA4P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, SKCM, and CESC are the cancer types where CDCA4P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
