Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 158 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDCA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUDS3, DIP2B_S203, and DOCK11_T1352. Each is linked with CDCA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA4-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDCA4 versus SUDS3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
