CDCA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDCA4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDCA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Di-Ras3, EGFR_pY1173, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CDCA4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA4-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Di-Ras3 grouped by CDCA4-low versus CDCA4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDCA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDCA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
