Across TCGA cell cohorts, CDCA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,207 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDCA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic sister chromatid segregation, Metaphase chromosome alignment, and Sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with CDCA4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDCA4-to-partner and partner-to-CDCA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic sister chromatid segregation grouped by CDCA4-low versus CDCA4-high in BREAST.
