Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,998 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDC5L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF318_S709, PPP2R5D, and TBCC. Each is linked with CDC5L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC5L-to-partner and partner-to-CDC5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC5L versus ZNF318_S709 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
