CDC42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,041 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC42-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPDYE9, RNU6-456P, and TRAJ12. Each is linked with CDC42 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC42-to-partner and partner-to-CDC42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPDYE9 grouped by CDC42-low versus CDC42-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC42→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
