CDC25C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC25C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,826 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC25C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, PRIM2, and RIF1. Each is linked with CDC25C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC25C-to-partner and partner-to-CDC25C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDC25C versus POLD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC25C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC25C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
