CDC23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDC23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,417 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDC23-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1047P, MIR7-3, and C14orf119. Each is linked with CDC23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDC23-to-partner and partner-to-CDC23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1047P grouped by CDC23-low versus CDC23-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDC23→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDC23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
