Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,695 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEBPB, PROCR, and RRAS. Each is linked with CDA in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDA-to-partner and partner-to-CDA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDA versus CEBPB in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
