Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,459 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CDA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEC, PARP1, and PLEC_S1284. Each is linked with CDA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDA-to-partner and partner-to-CDA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CDA versus PLEC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
