CDA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 293 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-29P, RNU7-196P, and MIR670. Each is linked with CDA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDA-to-partner and partner-to-CDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-29P grouped by CDA-low versus CDA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
