CDA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CDA mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ Tcm, Adipocytes, and DC. Each is linked with CDA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CDA-to-partner and partner-to-CDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD8+ Tcm grouped by CDA-low versus CDA-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
