Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD93 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,597 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD93-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAB1, COL6A2, and COL6A3. Each is linked with CD93 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD93-to-partner and partner-to-CD93 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD93 versus STAB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD93→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD93) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
