CD70

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD70 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 573 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD70-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-694P, RNU6-634P, and RNU6-1164P. Each is linked with CD70 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD70-to-partner and partner-to-CD70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-694P grouped by CD70-low versus CD70-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD70→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
