CD3D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD3D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, MIR6864, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with CD3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD3D-to-partner and partner-to-CD3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by CD3D-low versus CD3D-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
