CD37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 673 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD37-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT18P9, H3P18, and H3P21. Each is linked with CD37 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD37-to-partner and partner-to-CD37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT18P9 grouped by CD37-low versus CD37-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD37→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
