CD36

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD36 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,931 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD36-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP389, RNU6-497P, and HNRNPH3P1. Each is linked with CD36 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD36-to-partner and partner-to-CD36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP389 grouped by CD36-low versus CD36-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD36→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
