CD27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,690 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CD27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL3, RASAL3, and SASH3. Each is linked with CD27 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD27-to-partner and partner-to-CD27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD27 versus APOL3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
