Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD27 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,899 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD27-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3CG, IGKJ3, and IGLV6-57. Each is linked with CD27 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD27-to-partner and partner-to-CD27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD27 versus PIK3CG in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
