Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD27 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD27-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP185, RN7SKP181, and RNU6-64P. Each is linked with CD27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD27-to-partner and partner-to-CD27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP185 grouped by CD27-low versus CD27-high in UCEC.
