Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CD27 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD27-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CD27 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD27-to-partner and partner-to-CD27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by CD27-low versus CD27-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
