Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CD27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,324 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CD27-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRCAP, SH2B1, and TUBGCP6. Each is linked with CD27 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CD27-to-partner and partner-to-CD27 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CD27 versus PTPRCAP in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CD27→partner) and Y-score (partner→CD27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
