Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CD27-AS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CD27-AS1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher CD27-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CD27-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where CD27-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
